DCR will be presenting an
overview of the draft plan’s contents and recommendations. Shortly after the public meeting, the full
draft plan will be available for viewing on the DCR website at http://www.mass.gov/eea/agencies/dcr/public-outreach/public-meetings/, and in hard copy at the Powell Memorial Library in Lowell, Gleason Public Library in Carlisle, Billerica Public Library, Parker Memorial Library in Dracut, and Tyngsborough
Public Library.
DCR will invite written
comments on the draft plan from July 22, 2014 until August 29, 2014.
Comments may be submitted via email to DCR.Updates@state.ma.us; please put “Lowell/Great Brook Planning Unit RMP” in
the subject line. Comments may also be
submitted by mail to the Department of Conservation and Recreation, Office of
Public Outreach, 251 Causeway
