Last week I had the pleasure of representing the Lowell Delegation at the Ground Breaking Ceremony of the UMass Lowell University Suites. This new facility, slated to open in 2013, will add new student housing to meet the needs of the University's growing enrollment. As an alum. of the University, I am excited to see the new opportunities available to current and future students of UMass Lowell.
