WinnCompanies taking 70 jobs to rehabbed Boott Mills West
By Dan O’Brien
LOWELL — WinnCompanies, a Bostonbased firm that specializes in redeveloping old mill buildings, announced Thursday that it has moved 70 accounting and project-management jobs from Boston to Lowell’s Boott Mills complex.
“We did not come to this decision lightly,” Managing Principal Gilbert Winn said Thursday during a catered event heralding the announcement. “It’s a reflection of the quality of the city, and the quality of the real estate.”
