Lowell City Manager Kevin
Murphy and other city officials toured the Bridge Street area of Centralville to
hear from businesses and check on problem areas on Tuesday. From left,
Commissioner of Parks & Recreation Tom Bellegarde, Planning &
Development Director Diane Tradd, Murphy, and State Rep. Tom Golden stop to look
at trash covering a storm drain. A couple weeks ago, they toured downtown.
